Most men seem to get a little nervous when there is an attractive girl around. Some guys can’t even talk to a pretty girl. Why does this happen to guys? Its normal to get nervous when you really want something. Kind of like an athlete before the big game. Yet just like a professional athlete, the key to success is to get past this nervousness. The best athletes turn nervousness into relaxed energy. You have to do the same. You’ll never get the hot girl you’re after until you can relax around her.
How do you relax around a hot girl. First, slow down. Slow down your movements, your reactions, and your speaking. Slow the fuck down! Trust me. Second, treat her like a person. Despite what you see in the media, she’s not an object. Putting her on a pedestal is preventing you from seeing her for what she really is. On any given day behind closed doors she is insecure, neurotic, or emotional. In other words, she’s a real person.
Realize that she has problems too. She’s not perfect!
